Rosten Uil

Rosten Uil is an artisanal Belgian craft beer. This triple has an alcohol percentage of 7%.

Taste description: sparkling with surprising malt notes (slightly sour due to rye malt), fine bitterness and rather spicy aromas (by Belgian Brewers Gold, among others). An accessible beer with a strong bitter aftertaste… that you should especially taste for yourself!

Rosten Uil is the specialty beer that was created in the farm brewery 't GULDENHOOFT in honor of the barn owl that inhabits the hay barn.

Rosten Owl Barrel Aged

The Barrel Aged is our Rosten Uil beer that has matured for 6 months just after fermentation in a wooden Sauternes Wood Whiskey barrel from J.Dias & Ca.sa.

This rest in wooden barrels ensures a refinement of the taste, of course a wood note is added to the taste - but you can also discover a hint of vanilla. The strong bitter aftertaste of the Rosten Uil is less pronounced with the Barrel Aged.

Type: Regional beer, Tripel 7%, barrel aged
