It is best to drink a Rosten Uil in an adapted 25cl glass. When pouring the Rosten Uil, the shape of the glass ensures the ideal foam head, preserving the aroma and allowing you to keep the last of the bottle until the last. In other words, you only pour the turbid (yeast from secondary fermentation) after you have enjoyed the pure TRIPEL.
